We are living in a complex world where there are a lot of challenges that no one can solve all by themselves. We’re sure those challenges sound quite familiar - climate change, gender inequality, racism, species-ism, poverty, to name just a few. In order to navigate in such complexity, it’s essential to understand our part in the world, what we can do and how we can do it together.
Team 11 is a program for you to reconnect with yourself in order to bring the best out of you in collaboration with others, so that together we can build a world that we want to live in.
This is an invitation to be part of a 5 weekends learning journey where self-exploration, world-awareness and positive changes are at the core.

The learning happens through a number of workshops that address 5 key questions:

We will invite you to experience and co-create with us a learning environment where magic can happen inside each of us - an environment with these following elements:
A safe space
We believe that a safe space is essential because it allows you to show up as you are. It encourages to try things that you have never tried before, and learn things that you’ve never learnt before. Such a space is created by practices like authentic sharing and emphatic listening. |
Collaboration & support
When we open ourselves up to others, we learn to let go of our judgment and bring our whole self in collaborating and supporting each other. “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Throughout the program, we’ll go through different processes to maximize the collective intelligence among the team. |
Experiential learning
We value learning through real life experiences. So this is not a program where you can just sit, listen, and fall asleep. Instead, you will have a chance to go through various activities. And later on, reflection and sense-making processes are when you take meaningful insights and lessons. |
Diversity
The Learning Journey is offered by and for an international team because the challenges we need to address require different points of view. More than that, the diversity we want to create is also about experiences. We will not only have rainbows and unicorns, but also challenges, mistakes, and discomfort in order to learn and grow. |

Time: Morning 9-12:30am, Afternoon 1:30-5pm
Fee: Based fee: VND 5,000,000. Sustainable fee: VND 8,000,000. Scholarship fee: VND 3,500,000.
Location: The Learning Hub 14 Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. The location can be changed in different sessions.
