Meet our team

We are a group of conscious entrepreneurs and facilitators who believe in contributing to a better world through education and conversations.

We work together in an open and collaborative environment with a strong sense of commitment to the purpose. We do not apply a traditional hierarchical system to our organization structure; but instead we strive for a more fluid and adaptive way of collaboration.

Despite having very different backgrounds and nationalities, we are deeply connected by our experience of the Knowmads program - in Hanoi or Amsterdam - and our strong intention to continue serving people to create positive change within themselves and for what our world needs.

Current organizers and facilitators

Within less than 2 years, Linh has transformed from being a mechanical engineer to a facilitator and entrepreneur. After doing the Knowmads Hanoi Program as a participant in 2015, he took the responsibility of taking the organization over and lead it to become a sustainable social enterprise. He now designs and hosts learning experiences, ranging from stand alone workshops to full Knowmads Programs. He has also be involved in designing and facilitating different processes for RMIT, AIESEC, IPP, Unbound, and VGU. Picture

Eric Roache

Eric is an independent filmmaker and organizational storyteller. His main interest is in telling stories that connect people and foster understanding by making even the most unique and personal story a universal one, focusing especially on meaningful social issues. That desire to connect people and foster understanding has extended to helping build communities that create a safe space for individuals to be authentic and vulnerable in order to learn from each other and collaborate together to make meaningful change. Communities like Knowmads.

Keira Ngo

Keira is now pursuing her Masters in School Psychology with an interest in evidence-based programs that creatively incorporate Mindfulness in education in order to support both teachers and students on their own self-development journey. Joining Knowmads team 11 was one of a life-changing experiences for her. She believes that creating a safe space for people to authentically connect with themselves and with the others is the key to any change.

Tu Pham

Tú is currently a student majoring in International Business Economics. After joining one program (The Learning Journey Team 11) as participant, he was determined to join our team in order to help Knowmads continue its beautiful mission. Through organizing and facilitating workshops and programs, he hopes to connect like-minded people from diverse backgrounds to join hands in making the world a little more sustainable.

Thanh

A teacher-to-be, a life wanderer learning to be a fearless adult, Thanh has had the chance to work with many children, each of whom has taught her a lot about lifelong learning; the importance of relationships; and the value of pursuing one’s interests and passions. She has a particular love of working with kindergarten age children and feels very fortunate to be in this role. Being a part of Knowmads team 11 was such an experience of self - affirming, a chance for great connection, and a milestone on her lifelong career.

Priscilla Milis

After her studies in business and entrepreneurship in Belgium and a year of experience within social enterprises, Priscilla moved in Hanoi to learn out of her comfort zone and contribute to the local community of people working for a more sustainable society. Lead by this strong desire, she decided to join our team after doing one of our program as participant. She is passionate in self-managed collaborations around a purpose that aims to tackle some of our environmental and social challenges.
